Omni-Comm being the Premium Business Partner of Alcatel-Lucent PABX & Data Networking Systems is a leading player in the area of PABX supply and Maintenance. To-date, we have supplied and are maintaining Call Server & data network solutions for over 200 customers in Singapore, Vietnam ranging from the SMEs to MNCs, who are utilizing the Alcatel-Lucent PABX, Call Server Solutions and Data networks.
We have been the top Alcatel-Lucent voice distributor for the past 5 years. We have the biggest team of engineers (15 people) who are trained and certified through Alcatel-Lucent professional training programs. Even our sales personnel are certified Alcatel-lucent Certified Sales Rep.
We also keep a healthy stock of spares valued at almost $850k for our customers.

The Meritus Mandarin Singapore
Omni-Comm was given the task of design, supply and installation of Mandarin’s PABX system. We
commissioned the system in mid 2001 and currently we are maintaining their PABX which consists of over
3000 extensions and has some of the most advanced features that Alcatel has to offer, including, 4760,
4635 and ABC networking
Last year we installed the Alcatel-Lucent Wireless Network of about 700 APs.
Meritus Marina Mandarin Hotel
This system is similar in design to Mandarin and we are currently maintaining their PABX which consists
over 1000 lines with similar advanced features. There is and extensive deployment of the DECT system in
this hotel.
Pan Pacific Orchard
This system was commissioned in June 2004 and is based on Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise Crystal Platform. This platformis very similar to the one the Omni-comm is proposing to Royal Plaza on Scotts. The implementation wascarried out smoothly with a live cut-over from analog trunk lines to ISDN30 digital lines.
Changi Village – Le Meridien Hotel
The OmniPCX PABX at Changi Village was recently commissioned in May 2004. The size of this
implementation is very close to the proposed solution for Royal Plaza on Scotts. Seamless integration to
the hotel’s PMS was executed. Guests are also able to experience the convenience and usability of the
Alcatel Omnimessage voicemail suite.
Brunei Hotel, Brunei
Brunei Hotel is a modestly sized hotel in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. We commissioned a PABX in July
based on the OmniPCX Office platform. This system was implemented in July 2004. We are currently
outfitting a reservation office in the hotel with 5 agents.
Carlton Hotel
We have also just completed installation of an additional 600 IP phones and 300 analog phones for their new premier wing. Now they have a total of 915 rooms that offer superior guest experience.
Far East Central Square
Successfully completed installation of a 500 extensions PABX system in September 2006, replacing their Avaya Definiti PABX System.
Amara Singapore
We are maintaining their PABX, and have also upgraded their system.
Amara Sanctuary Sentosa
We are implementing Singapore’s first IP PABX system for a hotel. Using the IP Touch 4068 IP Phone with XML applications, guest experience and customer service is taken to the next level.
Crown Plaza @ T3 (2008 – 2009)
We have installed the first hotel at the airport in June 2008 with the latest Alcatel-Lucent technology of an IP network plus DECT wireless handsets for this new airport hotel
CAAS CHANGI AIRPORT TERMINAL 3 (2008)
We have won the maintenance contract for their Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise PABX System for Aug 2008 to Aug 2009
RESORT WORLD SENTOSA
We have been appointed by Alcatel-Lucent to install and maintain the 2 PABX Systems for the next 3 years. Using 5000 IP Telephones and 700 Analog Telephones, the Alcatel-Lucent Premium Edition Contact Centre and Unified Messaging System will bring this property to the forefront of hospitality & entertainment experience into a new era in Singapore.
